  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • To start a return, please contact us at huginasnug@gmail.com with your order details.


πŸ’Έ Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product fault or error on our side.

  • Need a different size or received the wrong item? No problem!

  • Email us at huginasnug@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used wearable blankets cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


❗ Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the item within 3 days of delivery.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
